Papel is a Berlin-based graphic design and screen printing studio run by the artist duo Aysegül and Ivan. It serves as a shared creative space and a collaborative platform where ideas are turned into action. Pushing the boundaries of traditional printing techniques, the duo experiments with the medium itself. Their minimalist and conceptual approach characterizes their work and shapes the project’s future development. Papel creates abstract artworks that playfully explore shapes, textures, and vibrant colors. Their work straddles the intersection of texture and spatial design.
